Greatpoint HR (“Greatpoint,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy, which is part of our Website Terms and Conditions, describes the information we collect from you through our websites, greatpointhr.com (the “Site”) and when you sign up for a Greatpoint account, request a demo or purchase our products or services (together the “Services”), how we use and share it, and how you can make choices about our use of that information.    

Please note that this Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, so please check back regularly. By using the Site after we have posted an updated Privacy Policy, you agree to that updated Privacy Policy.

By using the Site and communicating with us through the Site, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect and Sources
Information You Provide to Us

You may browse the Site without submitting any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) to us. We collect Personal Information, such as your name, title, email address and telephone number. Below are the ways in which you might provide us with your Personal Information:

  • If you sign up for a Greatpoint account, request a demo or purchase our products or services (together the “Services”); and
  • In connection with any other inquiries to Greatpoint or any other place on the Site or Services where you knowingly volunteer Personal Information.

Information Automatically Collected

We may also collect anonymized data about users from your devices when you interact with the Site. We or our third-party service providers,[including Google Analytics], (each, “Service Provider,” together, “Service Providers”) may collect some of this information through cookies or other tracking technologies. This anonymized user data may include the IP address of the device you use to access the Site, the browser type, domain names, time and date of visits to the Site, referring web site, landing page, search terms, web pages viewed, time spent on a web page, and links clicked. Session cookies are temporary cookie files that are erased from your device when you close your browser. Persistent cookies are cookie files that stay in one of your browser’s subfolders after you close your browser. We do not use persistent cookies.  We may use information from session cookies to analyze how visitors use our Site so we can improve the quality of the Site and our marketing and provide you with a better experience.

The Site may contain links to third-party Sites (“Third-Party Sites”). Third-Party Sites may collect information about you when you interact with them through links on our Site. If you follow any link to a Third-Party Site, you should review those Sites’ privacy policies to find out how they protect your privacy.  We are not responsible for Third-Party Sites or their privacy practices.  

Record Retention

We will keep your Personal Information for as long as we need it, or as otherwise prescribed by law, for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

 We use reasonable efforts to safeguard your Personal Information. Of course, no transmission over the Internet, including through or initiated on our Site, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so you provide your Personal Information at your own risk.
