With more than 25 years in the B2B SaaS industry, particularly focused in compensation technology, Andrew is harnessing his extensive experience to propel Greatpoint HR to the forefront of the field. Before establishing Greatpoint HR, he was the Chief Technology Officer at both Payscale and Payfactors, and held a significant leadership role at Salary.com. Under his direction, Greatpoint HR is becoming synonymous with innovation and exceptional service, setting new standards in how businesses manage and strategize employee compensation.
With over two decades of industry experience, Sarah has dedicated her entire career to compensation and has played an instrumental role in the design and development of some of the industry’s largest and most revolutionary compensation data sets. Before co-founding Greatpoint HR, Sarah held executive roles at Payscale and Payfactors where she was responsible for the data strategy and vision of each company’s proprietary data sets including the 2021 Fast Company’s World Changing Idea winner. Her career began as a compensation analyst at Salary.com where she worked to launch their internal survey division and participated in the acquisition of a globally recognized survey vendor.
As leader of our Product organization, Kristin is responsible for driving the direction of our platform and ensuring we are delivering the best solutions to our customers. Kristin brings over twenty five years of product development experience to the team, with a history of delivering world class SaaS applications to customers across industries. Prior to joining Greatpoint HR, Kristin was VP of Product at Applause, where she built the product organization from the ground up to focus on their award winning crowd testing platform. In addition she has held product leadership roles at Bright Horizons, Brainshark, Deploy Solutions and Salary.com.
Geoff serves as Vice President of Revenue for Greatpoint HR. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s revenue-generation strategy and go-to-market approach. Known throughout the industry for his customer centric approach and cultivating strong relationships, Geoff brings 20+ years of compensation technology to Greatpoint HR. Prior to joining the company he was a top revenue producer for Salary.com and Payfactors, moving on to lead consistently successful sales teams at Payscale.
